Reader’s Digest offers many different solutions to crayon on walls. The first of which is baking soda. Simply get a damp cloth dipped in baking soda and then scrub the crayon off the walls. This should remove the crayon in no time with minimal effort.
Katelyn Fagan recommends spraying WD-40 on a paper towel and spreading over larger areas of crayon covered walls should be very effective to remove the crayon off the walls. Although effective this method is advised to be used with caution. The WD-40 leaves a not so pleasant smell and an oily residue on the walls. To wash this off simply use hot soapy water and wash down the walls.
Using ammonia based glass cleaner seems to be good at removing crayon from walls. This recommendation also comes from Katelyn Fagan who says the spray cleans off almost all the crayon and also recommends to spray it and let it sit for a couple minutes for increased effectiveness.

The government has made it clear that cleaners are still permitted to work inside peoples' homes as long as Government Guidelines on social distancing and staying safe are followed (see below). In summary:
You can be outside of your home for work purposes where your place of work remains open and where you cannot work from home, including if your job involves working in other people's homes.

The good news with regard to cleaning is that the cleaners can social distance from their clients very easily, and we would advise that, if you are at home when they are there, that you remain in a separate room to your cleaner.
